Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal. It is not neccesary to create a Paypal account to use this method, ordinary credit/debit card transactions can be carried out via paypal.
Once I have received your payment I will send you a message to acknowledge payment and to let you know when exactly the item will be posted the expected delivery date. Shipping to the US usually takes up to a week from the postage date.

Items will be posted within 7 days of receipt of payment via UK Royal Mail parcel post.
Any excess in payment for shipping will be refunded once exact cost of shipping has been acertained - this will depend on the weight of individual items.
If you would prefer a specific method of shipping, for example: a signed-for delivery, please inform me and I will let you know of the additional costs.
Any taxes incurred which are specific to the country of location of the buyer are the buyers responsibility and I would advise you to check beforehand if you are not in the UK. Smaller packages are often not subject to these charges.

I will however accept custom orders but cannot replicate an exact design. Only materials, size and colour can be pre-specified. Materials however, are subject to availability (i.e. some beads and buttons are old and one of a kind).
I can happily carry out custom orders with materials provided by you (for example: if you have any old broken necklaces that you cant fix but the beads are too pretty to throw away or you've saved the buttons from your grandmothers wedding dress)please 'convo' me and I will agree a cheaper price beforehand.
